Management V/S Manipulation

What is Management

Management is not manipulation. A real manager is the one, who by virtue of his own Enlightned being, is able to inspire people around to do whatever is to be done of their own accord. When people are doing things which they want to do, there is no supervision required. A real Manager will bring incredible results.

What is Manipulation

Manipulation is making people do things which they do not want to do of their own accord. Most of the so-called Management going on today is nothing but manipulation. The staff members or workers are constantly required to be supervised. They are made to do things by putting pressure or by offering some rewards. Such manupulative 'managers' cannot bring consistent results.
