Converting Industries into Universities

We shall see how India is on top of the world in technology. It has a great potential to develop in all the four aspects - Technology, Industries, Economics and Optimum utilization.

In 1988, Texas Computers set up a plant to design I.C. chips in Bangalore. At that time, I understood that India is Number One in Technology. At that time, the brain of the world moved from America to India!! The result of all this was that the Prime-Minister of Japan came to India in 1997. Instead of visiting New Delhi first, he directly went to Bangalore and visited Infosys. Now, Mr. Narayan Murthy, CEO of Infosys, is the most important person in India and perhaps the world.

Every country has some inherent strength. For example: In Japan, people work together through the quality circles. In America, people work as Entrepreneurs. There is individual entrepreneurship. There is a lot of freedom for individuals under their capitalism. Americans cannot work the way Japanese work. The real strength of India is in optimal utilization. Indians, by nature, do not want to make a lot of money. In fact, a very rich person is likely to be seen as a cheat here. Let us see here the 5 main categories of people.

1. Asprushya feels that it is not at all necessary to contribute to society; rather, society should look after them.

2. Shudra feels that skills are very important.

3. Vaishya feels that his profit is very important.

4. Kshatriya feels that protecting the community is very important.

5. Brahmana sees that it is very important to be of service to the people.

In India, the boss is not respected. Labour Unions are very strong. They are motivated for distributing wealth. Even many corporations have a social base. See how the Tatas work. They advertise all the social Projects they undertake. In the end, they say, "We also make steel".

If we operate from the Brahmana consciousness, we will succeed. In fact, we have to show the way to the world. Even Columbus discovered America while trying to find India. We were so much sought-after and wanted. Our knowledge was far superior. Aryabhatt had discovered the whole planetary system even before Galileo discovered the Moons of Jupiter.
